IMPACT OF ACTINOBACTERIA ON THE GROWTH AND ACCLIMATIZATION OF MICROPROPAGATED RUBUS FRUTICOSUS L. PLANTS TO EX VITRO CONDITIONS

Microcloning is an effective method of plant reproduction that actively developing in Ukraine for the mass propagation valuable food crops such as blackberries. However, problem losing a large number microclones often arises during ex vitro acclimatization stage. Inoculation rhizosphere with potentially useful microorganisms could have positive impact on survival rate and biometric characteristics acclimatized seedlings. The aim this study was to establish 23 actinobacteria isolates blackberry (Rubus fruticosus L.) conditions, determine protective potential growth-promoting effects these bacteria. Methods. antagonistic properties experimental were determined using agar block method. Bacteria inoculated into before planting soil. Results. activity against phytopathogenic fungi P. expansum, variotii, A. niger, C. cladosporioides, F. oxysporum, alternata, R. cerealis, tenuissima established. effect bacteria micropropagated plants conditions resulted increase soil by 34.8%, average height 2.0 cm, node 3.4 nodes, leaf area 0.4 cm2. Conclusion. It established mycelial Lim4, Myt7ch, Conc32, Conc4 promising inoculants be recommended subsequent research order interaction mechanisms between plants.
